About Us

From the moment you contact Traveler’s Medical Service you will experience the high level of attentive and professional service offered by our dedicated administrative and clinical team. We invite you to review the information on our clinical staff members to appreciate the depth of experience and expertise that the Traveler’s Medical Service team offers:

Who We Are

Traveler’s Medical Service is one of the first dedicated travel medicine practices in the United States, serving travelers, health care providers, and organizations for more than three decades. Often called “the traveler’s travel clinic,” we focus exclusively on travel medicine — combining evidence-based information and advice with attentive, personalized care for every kind of journey, whether leisure, business, humanitarian, study abroad, adventure, or visits to family overseas.

Our Approach

Travel health is not one-size-fits-all. Vaccination recommendations and health precautions depend on your itinerary, activities, health history, and the time you have before departure. That’s why every visit begins with information: before administering any vaccine, our clinicians make sure you understand the recommendations that apply to your specific situation so you can make informed decisions about your care. From a single travel or routine vaccine to a complete pre-travel consultation — including specialized services such as yellow fever vaccination with certification — our goal is to have you begin your trip well prepared.

Why Travelers Choose Us

Our clinical team brings decades of specialized training in travel health, including staff who hold the Certificate of Knowledge in Travel Health®. We serve travelers of all ages, including children, and we work with organizations to develop travel medicine programs for their employees. Whatever brings you to us, you’ll receive care that is personal, unhurried, and grounded in current travel health guidance.
